Critical Help Needed to restore API!



Hi. This is urgent. We just got notified that our API permissions have been suspended due to some violations around managing followers and all our features have suddenly stopped working.

We have not violated any API rules. Our usecase was reviewed and entirely approved by Twitter and elevated API access provided a few months ago. This seems to be a huge misunderstanding that has severely affected all our users. We need to get immediate help and APIs restored so services can function normally. We dropped an email a few hours ago but have not received a reply yet. Can we please get high priority support in this matter? How do we go about this?
