I recently had an account suspended for some unknown policy violation. I filled out the form, contacted them via email and got an auto response saying I needed to provide the following in order for them to respond
- Link to and instructions on how to log into your app to review it for compliance
- A list of specific changes that you have made to resolve policy non-compliance
I don’t know what they want me to send for either of these -
What does it mean by sending a link with instructions about how to log in?
How can I make changes when I don’t know what the violation is?
