If you’re referring to the section named “ThoughtWorks on Twitter” on this page, we don’t offer any “3 column layout” out of the box but it’s something you can create yourself.
One option is to use our Embedded Tweets widgets to embed 3 Tweets individually which is very straightforward, or you can also use the Twitter REST APIs to retrieve the Tweets you are interested in and then create your own rendering for them as long as they respect our display requirements.
