Hi,

I got a new pop-up window telling to read all the various terms and conditions and not able to find the create button in the pop-up window.

Would you mind letting us know which web browser you are reading? Do you have an approved Developer Account already, or are you coming from the previous apps.twitter.com system where you’ll first need to apply for a Developer Account?

I am using Google chrome. I have applied for the developer account. I am able to fill all the details for the new app, but a problem when submitting the app

OK so just to be clear, you have an approved developer account (approved via email) and the Chrome browser is somehow not allowing you to see the button to add an app, yes?

I tried using Microsoft edge, it worked.
