Creating Application CAPTCHA is not working .. again and again!

I made a quick search and found this problem repeated many times with no clear solution!

I’m in Egypt, using Chrome 25.0.1364.160 with Ad blocking disabled, Firefox 19.0 with NO add-ons, and get the same problem: NO CAPTCHA, and obviously creating new application is impossible.

Here’s a screenshot showing the page along with the console showing an error related to Google reCaptcha service which you’re using …

Can we get a solution for this repeated problem?

Add Safari 6.0.2 (8536.26.17) with no extensions, same problem!

No, there’s nothing.

To test this, I go to the page through my phone and the CAPTCHA is working! It’s Galaxy Note 2 (N7100) FYI.

same here. tried on my Galaxy S3 to ensure it wasn’t my network. even on 3g using chrome on android I get no captcha
