Creating App in Developer Portal using API

Hi everyone,
I am exploring Twitter APIs. I wanted to confirm is there any API which can be used to create an app in developer portal (instead of giving permission to some existing app using Twitter Sign In)?

I don’t really understand your question - but there’s no way to create apps via an API call. Did you mean something else? Maybe this will help: Multiple bot accounts - #2 by IgorBrigadir
