Creating app cannot choose whether the app is client or browser app?

I am making app for ShareKit

When I register new app in twitter,

I could not find the thing to choose between “client” and “browser”

I checked some tutorial websites and found that it should appear.

But I just could not find them inside my apps.

I created new apps one by one

But when I ported them all into Sharekit, it turns out to require PIN

which makes my sharekit non-functional

This distinction at one time existed but it currently does not.

The equivalent of setting up a “browser” app is to place a placeholder callback URL in the field that is asking for one on your app settings page.

I’ve done that an provided a valid callback URL but it still asks for the PIN… no callback happens when the user has authenticated my app.
