I have not been approved for a developer account since about a year ago. By then, I had specified my study case. I think one of the reasons that I rejected it was that I just wanted dev API for practice and had no idea that rejection may be a permanent thing, and I wanted to try and practice what I was learning back then.
Now I responded to the developer email that was sent to me at that time, But in reply, they said, " please create a new case, and this will enable us to continue to assist you." But there is no way to create a new case of study! What should I do now? Is that mean I should create a new Twitter account for my research?
