I was in the Create New App form and after submitting it, it showed an error message saying I have to add my mobile number, which I already have. I have no idea what to do next because it kept saying the same thing after multiple trials. Help!
I think when you added your phone on your twitter profile you should receive SMS to confirm it. Also try to logout and login.
