Create Moments using Android SDK/REST API?

Hi, is it currently possible for developers to create Moments using the REST API or the Fabric SDK on Android? Something where the I can pass an arrayList of tweet links each with its own extras to create a Moment or I could use my app to create tweets- stitch them all into a single moment and publish that from the user’s profile would be neat.

Since Moments is based on Twitter-Collections (which we can create using the API). Any plans of providing the same functionality for Moments as well?

At the present time there is no Moments API and I’m not aware of plans to open that up in the immediate future. The Moment Maker feature is available on the web, however.
