I cannot use the Create an App button as it is greyed out, we did receive a confirmation email to say that the application was approved, can you advise how best to proceed.

Just to check, are you logged in to the same Twitter account that you applied from?

Yes, the account that you applied from would be the one that was approved, you would need to be logged in to that account in order to create an app.

Hi Andy, sorry misunderstanding there, I thought you meant was I logged in as that account in this forum!

I am logged into the account that was approved in developer.twitter.com and the button is greyed out, I do know how to create an App and have done so previously on other approved accounts.

What is the Twitter account you’re using / approved developer account?

Account is @CNicdh, as per the attached screenshot the developer account was approved.
