Couldn't fetch styles for Tweet button

I put Tweet button on the page.

On PC, it looks good for me to fetch styles from widgets.js.

But it couldn’t fetch styles on mobile like iPhone Safari like below.

I am guessing that iPhone Safari looks like stopping fetching resources early in retrieving the page.
Therefore jot (https://syndication.twitter.com/i/jot) doesn’t work on the situation.

Or, is my button wrong?

Unable to reproduce this on mobile or on desktop. Seems odd that this is limited to Safari.
