I’ve a problem with this message

Before a monthe i created 5 apps and my OAuth script working ,
but now the script not working with the new apps!
i tried make 4 apps with diffrent users but i got the same problem

the other are working
when i change the keys to old apps it’s work , but with the new it’s not working
in the same time , also when i want to change the Callback url : it’s not change !
i tried with other users and other PC also !
any idea?
