Open command prompt and type: “ping api.twitter.com”. See it that works. Else you may have some network issue with connection to Twitter.

I am trying to merge my twitter with my wordpress, but everytime I do it…it says this profile is already linked to another user. I’ve deleted the user and revoked the app, yet it still won’t let me link them.
