Could not authenticate with OAuth

Well after developing a script to RT tweets which contain certain keywords I am now getting “Could not authenticate with OAuth.” on the PHP libs and when trying to view my applications.

I don’t know what to do as this is happening on the “Applications” page as well.

Note: Now I can’t even log into the account via the API site. This is my personal account I am posting this message through.
