Correct Metadata But Not Approved Player Card


I have applied for Player Cards for and we were approved. However, we reapplied after launching our iOS mobile application and weren’t approved. Could you please advise me as to what I need to do to make sure we are approved for Player Cards?

We have reapplied for Player Cards. Our player cards were working earlier this week and then they stopped working suddenly. Not really sure what the problem is since the validator shows all green lights and the audio play button works perfectly with the validator. What would you advise we do now to be accepted?
