I want to be able to send my followers a direct message containing a button which, when clicked, will copy text from a public text file to their clipboard. Is this possible?
No i don’t think you can do stuff like that - “buttons” do exist and you might be able to get something useful there Overview | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform or DM quick replies Quick Replies
It might be better if you just tweet the text itself if it’s short, or a link to a pastebin or other text host that has an API you can use
