Converting twitter url into embedded tweets

Hi,

Is there any way twitter single tweets url can be automatically converted into embedded tweets? The twitter urls in my website are located in the content in few pages. I want them to get converted into embedded tweets automatically on the page while getting displayed. Can some one help me please? i shall be grateful.
