Content in app card

Hello, I want just to know, if it’s possible to tweet custom App Card and then after click on “Open” in twitter application it drives into app with custom scheme, as it’s in meta tag on webpage. The problem is, I don’t see any url or specific data to set of intent. The only thing I can set is google, iphone and ipad IDs.

The app card is intended to drive a user to the relevant store to install or download the app. There’s no way to add a custom intent to the card.
