Constant SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE when trying to get promoted tweets for a specific account

Hello,

I’m constantly getting SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE when trying to obtain all the promoted tweets for a specific account including deleted promoted tweets.

This is my request:
https://ads-api.twitter.com/0/accounts/18ce53wzyxh/promoted_tweets?with_deleted=1

And the response I get is:
{“errors”:[{“code”:“SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE”,“message”:“Service unavailable due to request timeout; please try the request again later”}],“request”:{“params”:{}}}

Retrying doesn’t seem to help.
Also it’s worth mentioning that when using with_deleted=0 everything works.

I’ll appreciate your help in the matter.

Thanks for raising this. We’ve been able to reproduce this issue for that account, and are investigating this now. We’ll keep you updated in this thread.
