I am developing a commercial twitter analysis tool for a client. The aim is to make REST API and Search API calls by using the authentication tokens of users who log in, and then retrieve data of the users they search for. Then the received data will be processed and reports will be shown in the dashboard of the paid users [it is a commercial product]. I would like to know if there is any legal hurdle in showing the hashtags, followers list, friends list, lists, media url, link url, etc. to the users? .
I have seen the following response - you may not resyndicate or share Twitter content, including datasets of Tweet text and follow relationships. But, i would like to know if my above use case comes under this criteria.
Thank you very much in advance.
