Collecting tweets of certain hashtag and displaying on a website is that ok

is it ok as rules and policies that i collect all the tweets sent publically with a specific hashtag store them in my site database and show them on the site stating they were posted by the users who have actually posted them ?!

is user permission is must before publishing these tweets on my site? or is it ok to give the user the ability to hide these tweets on my site ?!
