I’m a student in college with limited knowledge of Python. I’m trying to collect twitter data that contains the hashtag #marchforourlives. But so far I’ve only been able to use the streaming api to collect live tweets, or get limited number of tweets in the past due to the rate limit.
I believe a enterprise or premium account would allow more scraping, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to do it for free?
Thanks a lot!
@wangbr0124 the premium search APIs (30-day and full-archive) have a free sandbox tier for a limited number of requests and results.
You can also use the search/tweets endpoint to look for Tweets over the last 7 days: https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/tweets/search/overview
