Code 130 Over Capacity Error

Hi Guys
All of a sudden receiving 130 errors - I only make 1 call a minute maximum due to efficient caching system. Any ideas what this could be???

Started working again as soon as I wrote this message and then stopped working again with the same error within 2 minutes.

Anything going on down at Twitterland that I need to know about?

Similar problem here when posting tweets, even though the tweets are posted successfully. I get an over capacity error so I don’t know that it was posted.

Having the same problem. When posting through the API, we’re seeing intermittent 130 errors, but the posts do seem to go through. As we’re automatically retrying, this results in double posts. Please advise.
