Never get an answer…issue first encountered almost 3 years ago…no help from Twitter, cannot build our feed into anything including our site as we cannot access any api keys at all.

If frustrated was a place it was burned down and replaced by an ash called anger and disbelief…CAN ANYONE HELP!!

YES I’M SHOUTING BECAUSE I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR YEARS!!!

Just look at the date on this…I replied the same day…and followed up and raised here and raised tickets…at this point it’s just a total p*** take!

By the way…if you cannot be SURE that you can help within the next 14 days, please don’t even bother to respond…waste of time and false hopes have already been experienced. Please ONLY reply if you have the same issue or an actual ANSWER!

Thank you.

@jessicagarson Sorry to tag you, not directed at you specifically, but I see your answering other applications, so hey…maybe you can stop us from hitting more brick walls for another 3 years… :expressionless:

Hi again @ncbtcb, and sorry this hasn’t seen any progress. The developer access request is still open, and I just re-escalated this internally. Can you please try and send those information again by replying to that same email?

@i_am_daniele I know you’re trying sir, but I did reply to the email last time. I have done so again just now, so nothing I can do but wait. Thanks for coming back though.

Hi again @ncbtcb, the team confirms the application is reopened, and sent another email to obtain more details from you. Note that the email was sent to the same email address, so please sure you can still access that email. Please reply to that email by providing the required details. If you can’t find the new it, please check your spam folder, and let us know if you still have trouble finding that email.

Please keep in mind that our system will mark a developer account application as closed if we don’t receive a reply within a few weeks; hopefully you’ll be able to provide more details by that timeframe.

Hi @ncbtcb – just wanted to check in. Were you able to reply to our email with more details? Let us know if you need any further help.
