Changing settings App not working

Changing values from settings tab in https://apps.twitter.com/app/XXXXXX/settings is not working at least in Chrome and Firefox for Linux with the last stable versions.

Is there anything I can do?

What is happening exactly? Does this apply on all your apps?

Hi, I change description or url and change is not applied. Also I tried to change permissions of the app and it is not applied.

I change with test app, newer than the other app, and the changes are working.

In the case of permissions, change has been applied, perhaps is something in the propagation of the change in your infrastructure.

But, change description or url from the enterprise is still not working

Now It shows and error and the problem seems related with the name app contains an &

Error shown:
Error
The client application failed validation: XXX is already taken for Name.

But I’m not changing the name, only the organization name and organization website
