Hello,
I would like to say “Latest Observations” instead of “Tweets” at the top of the twitter widget timeline. Mine is in the right sidebar at the bottom – powwerlights.com.
How can I change this text?

You cannot customize the text displayed in the header of a timeline widget. You may choose to hide the header by adding a data-chrome=“noheader” attribute to the generated anchor element. Some sites hide the widget header to supply their own descriptive text. https://dev.twitter.com/web/embedded-timelines/parameters
