How to change user consent? This option is necessary by GDPR. I can revoke, but I cannot grant by API. I cannot force to show a consent dialog too.

An user have granted the consent. How he can change it (e.g. revoke it)? A developer should be able to show the consent dialog to the user again - now it is impossible.
