Categorise timeline by hashtags

Could you please advise if it is possible/and how to categorise my twitter timeline by hashtags/keywords?

I want to have two timelines. One for just one keyword (tweeted by me) and another general tweeted by me.

You may include an embedded search timeline for a hashtag on your website to display recent Tweets including that hashtag. You may similarly create an embedded search timeline for a keyword recently mentioned by a specific account or accounts.
