Whitelisting is handled elsewhere. I would suggest that you try applying again, and ensure that all of the fields are valid. That’s the best I can do to help in this instance I’m afraid.

Most cards are whitelisted very quickly; video player cards can take longer due to manual testing across platforms being required.

Bear in mind that there has just been a holiday weekend in the US so there may be a short backlog for our platform operations team to work through. Thanks for your patience!

Summary cards should usually be whitelisted quite quickly if they are valid; again please be patient in case there is a Thanksgiving backlog. If you can provide a URL for a site you’ve submitted for approval we may be able to double-check, but I can’t provide any definite statement on that.

The first I have tried to validate Twitter Cards I got a problem. I checked again the metatags and after that the Twitter Card was validated but I still have “WARN: not whitelisted” (see image) for my web http://www.forjaweb.com I don’t know why…

We are getting an error that the whitelist for(m) is failing on submission. What can we do to get our cards approved (we are submitting for Summary and Large Image cards)

We have yet to receive an explanation for this delay. I understand that “player” cards can take a bit of time to whitelist, but many posts and twitter staff have indicated that “summary” cards should whitelist quickly.

Twitter staff have indicated that we need to request approval for whitelisting. This was done before our first post. Is there another process for us to follow??

Having the same issue here. Our domain http://www.artup.io/ is whitelisted for image:cards but not player:cards

here’s an example url: http://www.artup.io/artup/collections/1
I have submitted several times, but I get the same reply from your team that the card fails on desktop.

Granted, it doesn’t display correctly in the validator, but the error logs aren’t very useful:

INFO: twitter:card = player tag found
WARN: Not whitelisted

I hope you can shed some light…

Hello. We’re experiencing the same issue for our domain “whisp.to”.
Log data for a sample url like http://whisp.to/100434 is as follows.
