Cards validator says approved, but also WARN: Not whitelisted

I am trying to get Twitter cards working for my site. It had been working earlier. However, on trying in the validator it now tells me 2 conflicting messages:

This is the URL I’m trying: https://jamsnap.com/667

*.jamsnap.com whitelist request was approved 2 months ago

INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 31 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = player tag found
WARN: Not whitelisted

There is no button so I don’t even know how to apply for whitelisting again. Please help!

Same issue. Card validates properly on http://smo.knowem.com/ but will not render on the card validator and issues the “not whitelisted” warning. Did not see anything appropriate in the Troubleshooting guide.

@rchoi and @lfcipriani Your help would be appreciated. We are facing the same problem. The domain was whitelisted earlier but now we get the Warn messages

Same issue here… whitelist has been approved but validator returns “not whitelisted” and cards are not showing up.

I have the same problem with my site: http://www.kabmir.org

INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 20 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = summary tag found
WARN: Not whitelisted

But there is a green line with such info:
"*.kabmir.org whitelist request was approved 35 minutes ago…"
And approved letter I was received too.

How to understand it - my site in white list or not?
Please help.

we are having this problem too.

I think it has something to do with this being our 2nd card type we are implementing.

so the domain is white listed from 1st card type approval but our 2nd card type isn’t and there’s no link to request a 2nd approval.

Same with me. It’s the second card type, worked fine until I made the switch to another card: from the summary card with large image to the simple summary card. The website in question is: http://nekontam.com.

Same story here.

Submitted the large summary card first which was approved and is confirmed working.

Trying to get the summary card approved gives me the approved message but also the whitelist warning, with no request button

Whitelisting is handled elsewhere. I would suggest that you try applying again, and ensure that all of the fields are valid. That’s the best I can do to help in this instance I’m afraid.
