Twitter cards are not working (first time trying)

One example: [***]

Troubleshooting steps attempted [note that we will not prioritise posts unless there is evidence of following the troubleshooting guides]:

  • Meta tags shown
  • Curl -A twitterbot loads without errors
  • Robots.txt ok
  • Tags are static
  • Other crawlers work fine
  • No CMS
  • Twitter IPs are not blocked, traffic is seen at firewall
  • Traffic is also seen at Netscaler nstrace

Is there something that can be seen from Twitter side, why its not working?
Should Twitterbot have any problems with SNI and SSL offloading?

Any ideas @andypiper or someone else?

Anyone? It seems that this is the only support channel to troubleshoot the issue, right?

Thanks, interesting conversations…

I did try removing all http>https redirects and then ran the validator against HTTP url but it still throws HttpConnectionTimeout.

It seems that other infrastructure changes around the webserver has fixed this issue. Validator is succesfully previewing the cards now.
