I’m not sure if I’m using the wrong keywords, but I haven’t found a similar post. I Apologize if this is a duplicate.
Our site has a client who has reported that the posts that they distribute through our platform have changed in appearance. These posts used to include cards with click to play images, but are now displaying as text without cards. See attached.
We include a URL in the status, and a card used to be generated. Has something changed? Do we need to use different parameters or something?
