In other words, it looks like you have put all the Twitter meta tags inside a keywords meta tag, when they should be standalone tags that don’t have all their content escaped.

We have changed the image we using and now I’m getting this message when I try to post the following URL www.fabyouless-card.com/p1/
Can anyone shed some light on why this is happening?

This tag needs to contain a value.

Neither of those urls have any twitter:card related meta tags.

If you validate an individual post e.g. http://kattienotperry.blogspot.co.uk/2015/12/73-hello-bitches_6.html then you will see the card works fine - you don’t have a card setup on the top-level domain.

Hi andypier. I have the similar problem that “ERROR: Fetching the page failed because the request timed out”. Here is my url http://45.55.16.242:8912/fortwitter.html. this’s just a super simple file for me to do some testing. Could you please check if it is right???

You’ll need a proper DNS name, rather than an IP address, in order for the Cards crawler to work with your site. When I try to hit the URL you’ve provided there, I get a connection refused error anyway.

I got same problem unable to sort it out so far, get this error: Unable to render Card preview

The outcome is positive at times but still the validator can’t fetch the image

Hi andypiper, I am using AWS now and the test link is like http://ec2-52-88-180-223.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com:8080/forshare.html Still, I can not get the card view. Could you test it one more time?

You’ll need to use a valid fully-qualified URL (not the EC2 instance address and port number) in order for the cards crawler to reach your page.
