I am trying to implement twitter card for http://emumba.com/new but its not working.
Card validator says INFO: Page fetched successfully WARN: No metatags found

Yes, I have read this and different other posts as well, but not able to find the correct solution.
The validator seems to be working with your site now.
I am still seeing same issue in Validator.
I’ve also Tweeted the URL, and the card shows fine.
It is showing correct for emumba.com/new but for emumba.com/new/index.html its showing old one. Although both these urls are showing same HTML page.
If you’re seeing outdated content, it is very likely that your data is cached by our crawler. The cache lasts about a week. There’s more on the troubleshooting page.
