I’ve followed all the correct steps, as far as I can tell, to set up my card validation… but I keep getting the error “ERROR: Fetching the page failed because the request timed out.”
I’ve pursued several proposed fixes I’ve seen online but can’t get this to work.

Ran a test that said my server response time was 0.171 seconds.
Not sure what is going on there, it looks like Twitterbot itself is unable to get to the site due to a timeout, although it loads OK where I am.
