Ok. I just set up robots.txt as

Allow: *
I still doesn’t work. Returns pink-floyd

Looks like yours works. One suggestion is to fix your robots.txt so the image appears:

I’ve had other people hosting on Media Temple and not getting Cards to work. Is it possible to contact their support and ask if they have any rules specifically blocking Twitter IPs?

You can also send them the following information, to help them check:

Twitter IP Ranges: 199.59.149.0/26, 199.59.149.128/26
Twitter ASNUM: AS13414

Hello Ryan,

I am having the same issue as everyone else here and cannot find a solution. I, too, am hosted with MediaTemple — I contacted them and they noted that they do not have any rules blocking Twitter IPs.

Can you help? I really need my Cards to work properly.
