Card Validator error - "Not whitelisted"

Hello!

I have just implemented the Twitter Card meta tags on my magento shop, but I get an error in the card validator tool:

I have read this thread, but as far as I can see, everything should be fine.

How can I solve this?

Hi Brian, I just grabbed that page with curl -A Twitterbot http://www.istol.dk/futura-tm-multi-ergonomisk-kontorstol.html and I do not see any twitter:card markup in the page. For some reason, your host is not sending those meta tags to the Twitterbot user-agent, but it does if the user-agent is not present.

Hi Andy, that sounds strange. Clearly the markup is there:

Do you have a suggestion for what I can do to solve it? Should I contact my host?

The thing I find weird is that the validator find the tags (look at the screenshot in the first post).

Your host will probably need to help - for some reason it is not serving up the tags to the Twitterbot user agent. The tags are there if fetched using a web browser, but not by Twitterbot.

The first screenshot shows that some metatags were found, but not the correct ones.

Did you make sure that your tag “meta name=“twitter:card” content=“summary_large_image”” is properly located in the Head of your document ?
