Card validation succeeds but card does not appear

Pages that include our card data validate in the card validator and display correctly there, but the card is not displayed in the tweet.

Your robots.txt is either not present or not permitting Twitterbot access.

Have you looked at the Troubleshooting page?

Thanks for the response. We’ll try updating our robots.txt.

I’ve read through the Troubleshooting pages, but the section about robots.txt seems to imply that a problem there would show up when the card is validated.

We’ve updated our robots.txt on our test environment and are still seeing the same problem. An example tweet is: https://twitter.com/dleeman_pearson/status/599279128089645056 . Any assistance you could give us would be a big help.
