Card Validation Issue: Failed to crawl url

I am surprised that the twitter developers are not coming forward.
If you, the developers need a certain format to report the errors besides the debug ID, the please clearly state what you require from us users.

Maybe I’m putting the url wrong?

Another URL gave the “Failed to crawl” message; however, the meta tags appeared on Twitter, but not for the above URL.
