Card validating but not rendering correct image or description

All of the blogs on this Wordpress site which I am managing are rendering an unrelated Twitter card, even though the meta data looks correct and the card validates. Here is an example:

Pokémon GO: Addictive game, AR Phenomenon - Maxus Global

the twitter meta data all seems to be correct.

The Robots.txt is:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

The site uses Yoast SEO and used to work up until a month ago when it was hosted on AWS, it is now hosted in Azure. Any help would be appreciated, we have tried everything we can think of to fix.

This is weird, I agree.

I notice that if I run

curl -A Twitterbot http://www.maxusglobal.com/blog/pokemon-go-addictive-game-ar-phenomenon/

…I get a different html page than when I run

curl http://www.maxusglobal.com/blog/pokemon-go-addictive-game-ar-phenomenon/

… so for some reason your system is responding differently to the Twitterbot user-agent.
