Unable to render Card preview

This is a spa app but it has server side request handler that will look at the user agent and if it see Twitterbot as user agent it writes pertinent html and metatags. I know that it is working because facebook is picking up cards like it should. Also I have used fiddler and set the useragent to Twitter bot and gotten response as follows for header.
