Card passes validator, but when i put the link in my tweet it doesn't show up

I have the following meta tags in my HTML header for the page

When I run the card validator it passes, but the card never gets rendered when I put the link in my tweet. I don’t even get the “show summary” link in the bottom right hand corner.

Hi All,

I have the same difficulties. Twitter Card validated my website but there’s not card on my tweets.
If someone can help us to perform this, that will be great.
