Card only shows if you click the tweet? Otherwise just the URL

Twitter App Card is approved and shows up perfectly, but only if I click the tweet. It doesn’t show in the timeline, it only shows the the URL link.

Twitter Cards are not auto-expanded in the timeline, so this is expected behavior.

This is a core failing of Twitter App Cards. Its pointless putting them in if no-one can see them. No-one expands tweets.

All those posts on this board about Twitter Cards not working? Its because people expect to see Twitter Card details without expanding.
