Card is validated, but now what? Where's the submit button?

Ok, the site has changed. No problem, except, after my URL is validated, there used to be a button to submit for approval, and then go to the next step to tweet it… but now, I get the validation, and my card shows up correctly, but where do i go from there?

I’m also uncertain what to do. I’ve submitted a Card for validation before the site got overhauled and provided my clients contact information and Twitter account in the screen after validation. Now the new validator only gives the following:

For URL: http://www.vanwijnen.nl/actueel/bouwnieuws/Fabriek-van-formaat.html?id=1641
INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 18 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = summary_large_image tag found
INFO: Card loaded successfully

Doesn’t say if it’s validated. Myself and my client haven’t received an e-mail about validation yet, as was mentioned in the validation steps and I have yet to discover an overview of the Cards you’ve created to see a status. Testing the Card with the URL mentioned earlier doesn’t result in a tweet with Card included.
What to do or where to look?

And it seems that shortened URLs are not validating anymore either?
