Card earned impressions / validated / whitelisted - but no data available

Hi there

Our cards meta-code in in place on key landing pages.

On the analytics page we see a section that states “Top card Tweet earned 54 impressions”.

In the validator we get:

*.lcch.co.uk is whitelisted for summary card
INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 20 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = summary tag found
INFO: Card loaded successfully

However, when we select “View card analytics” there the message “Data not available” in all tabs.

What is the situation here? What are we not doing / getting?

It is likely that there are insufficient impressions or an insufficiently diverse range of impressions to provide data - the platform needs to have enough data to anonymise the results to a sufficient level before making that available.

Hey @andypiper, I am seeing the same issue, analytics didn’t update since Nov 4th. Last month the cards from my website received > 850K views; perhaps the issue isn’t with the “insufficient impressions”?

I am having this issue as well. Our cards have worked well for months with around a thousand tweets per month of our cards. Earlier this month, however, there was a hard stop of analytics with no data available since then.
