Card does not appear until after run through validator

When first posted through the API, the card does not appear. If I then run the associated URL through the validator, it validates, and when I reload the feed, the card then appears

The feed is:

You can see that the card for Karl9417 does not appear. Juan9416 does appear, but only after I ran it through the validator AFTER the API post was made

Through testing, Karl9417 is showing… Carl9415 still isn’t… and nothing back through 9408… spot checking, if they get run through validator, they begin to show on timeline

As I said, it should be good to go… it just doesn’t appear on timeline until after it is run through the validator, and there is no API to automate that
