Can't setup a webhook,i keep getting this message: {"errors":[{"code":87,"message":"Client is not permitted to perform this action."}]}

I have been trying to setup a webhook for my app but i get this error message: ‘{“errors”:[{“code”:87,“message”:“Client is not permitted to perform this action.”}]}’, even though I have already been granted access to to the webhook API (using this account @lucia.mecott bluedemotw). Could the twitter staff tell me if I am doing something wrong?
