Can't retrieve Card ID using new cards endpoint

Hi, I need to update card website url, before I was doing it using /accounts/:account_id/cards/video_website/:card_id however it requires :card_id which is not returned when getting cards from https://ads-api.twitter.com/10/accounts/18ce54o3zxg/cards it only returns card_uri. If I call the legacy method to get cards information https://ads-api.twitter.com/10/accounts/18ce54o3zxg/cards/video_website that card is not returned at all, probably because that card was created using new endpoint.

Is it possible to update new cards urls using API at all?

The card_uri I’m having problems with is card://1438185143508746242
