Can't 'request approval' for different cards

Noticed this has been asked before, but no one seems to get a reply.

Can someone PLEASE look into the error whereby there’s no option to request approval for different types of card.

This is very frustrating, especially the lack of response from Twitter.

Hello? Does anyone monitor and work these issues?

We have 1 card type approved (Summary Large) and need a second approved (Summary) and there is no way to request the 2nd approval)

Please help.

I have the same problem; I can’t see any way for requesting the approval of a new card.
